i agree with ''ucantcme''…and one of the main reasons is that when these drunks get busted..they are back on the streets shortly after…even the ones that kill some one usually get
off with a minor slap on the wrist, considering what they have done…and even they are also back driving…license or no license…the laws are not strict enough for those drivers…
